Return and Refund Policy​

We aren't happy unless you are!

​

If you are not completely in love with what you have ordered and are looking for a refund or exchange credit - It's OUR PLEASURE to help!!! We have a 14 day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item, to request a return.

​

As we are a drop shipping supplier, refunds or exchange credits are not available for change of mind, we accept returns or exchanges only on defective or incorrect items.

​

All shipped products are marked with the relevant return address for your convenience ** NOTE for multiple orders these may be different return addresses, our drop shipping partner has manufacturing areas across the globe (US, Europe and  Australia)

All returns and refunds must be requested, in writing, via email to connect@anahataapparel.com 

​

Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on some items; for example personal items (like hair items and towels), certain sale items or custom designed order items. As our apparel is all print on demand, we ask that you carefully consider and check for sizing before ordering, we cannot offer exchange or credit for change of mind.

Returning Items

The item must be in its original condition.

​

All shipped products are marked with the relevant return address for your convenience.

​

You are liable for the postage/shipping costs incurred when returning garments. Anahata Apparel is unable to compensate or reimburse you for these costs. 

​

Anahata Apparel recommends that you use a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels. Any returned items that are not received will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

​

All returned products are donated to charity to help support people in need and to minimise our contribution to landfill. 

​

All garments* purchased at full price, with a discount code, or during a promotion can be returned for a refund or store credit. 

*The following items are ineligible for a refund or credit:  

  • Custom designed items

  • Sale items

  • Towels

  • Swim Rashies

  • Hair Accessories

Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

​

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. All refunds will be made in the same way as originally paid.

Faulty Items
​

We strive to uphold the highest quality and stand by that quality. Occasionally manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. If this happens, we want to know about it!

If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, please contact our  team at connect@anahataapparel.com so we can investigate and resolve this issue for you.  

To ensure we resolve your concern as soon as possible, you will need to provide us with the following information:  

  1. Your order number 

  2. The name of the affected item(s) 

  3. A photo of the fault  

If the fault is proven to be a manufacturing fault, we will honour a store credit on faulty goods for up to 12 (twelve) months post-purchase date. General wear and tear damages, including damage incurred as a result of not following our care instructions, are not considered to be product faults.

Anahata Apparel reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

​

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
