What if my purchase doesn't fit?

​

In an effort to reduce wastage and landfill, all of our products are printed to order. We ask that before you order, you carefully check your sizing. But, we do understand that these things happen and we want you to get the best out of your Anahata experience - if your sizing isn't quite right, you are welcome to return your item for a refund or store credit (our standard refund / return policy applies). Due to our ordering and print on demand process, a new separate order will need to be completed for your correct size.

What if I have put in the wrong shipping address?

 

It is important to triple check your shipping address BEFORE ordering, if you find an error on your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via connect@anahataapparel.com with the order number and correct shipping address.

This is likely to result in delays in shipping and delivery times.

There may be additional order and postage charge applicable for your order to be fulfilled.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

It takes us between 3 and 7 business days to process and ship an order - this is due to our Print on Demand format. The shipping time depends on your product type and your physical location, but you can estimate it as follows:

For orders managed from Australia, USA and Europe: Between 5 and 8 business days)

International: 10-20 business days

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with an approximate delivery date

Can I track my order ?

 

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order ships.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

We have fixed shipping rates for different countries, shipping is applied at checkout, you can view approximate rates for each region here. Anahata Apparel offers free shipping for orders over $150 for Australia, New Zealand, United States of America and Canada. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier of your ordered item. Please allow between 5 to 20 days from purchase to delivery. 

Remember that our items are made to order, we hold no stock to avoid unnecessary wastage. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on demand and other circumstances out of our control.

My order hasn't arrived yet - what can I do?

 

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

- Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.

- Ask about your order at your local post office.

- Ask your neighbours if the carrier had left them your package.

If the address is correct and the package is not in the post office or with your neighbours, please contact us at connect@anahataapparel.com with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may send you your product again, but there will be additional order and postage costs.
