Our delivery rates are based on item weight and size and number of items, final delivery fee is calculated at checkout - FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $150 AUD in Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Canada and orders over $200 AUD for other areas Worldwide.

We will always to do our best to ensure chosen your Anahata Apparel is shipped to you as soon as possible. All of our products are made to order - to lessen our impact worldwide we hold no stock and apparel is only made when we know someone WANTS it and is going to LOVE it. We appreciate your understanding of our method and that items may take a little longer in production and shipping.

The above delivery times represent ALL of our Anahata range. Individual delivery times will vary and are available on each individual product page and at checkout.

Important things to remember

Please allow an extra day or two (or sometimes more) for delivery during peak trading periods, such as major sale events and Christmas.

 

Due to current global circumstances and supply chain disruptions, at times, we have noticed some significant delays in processing and shipment, please understand we are doing out best to meet demand.
 

For any delivery service selected to fulfil the shipping order, please understand we do not (and can not) guarantee delivery of your parcel. However, we definitely want you to receive your goods, therefore if a delivery issues does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service. If there are any shipping issues with your package, please contact us as soon as possible. See here for our return and refund process.
 

Please note, we do not cover or replace any orders that are lost in transit.
 

Please check your address has been entered correctly as we're not able to change the shipping address once your parcel is already in transit. Anahata Apparel will not be held responsible for any parcels delivered to the address entered on your order. Shipping is NOT available for PO Boxes and APO / FPO addresses.

All shipped products are marked with the relevant return address for your convenience ** NOTE for multiple orders these may be different return addresses, our drop shipping partner has manufacturing areas across the globe (US, Europe and  Australia)

Please note customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on weight and/or value of the parcel. As every country is different we cannot pre-determine how much this will be per order. Anahata Apparel will not be held responsible for any parcels where customers have refused to pay the Customs charge in that country. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered from us arrive in your country. Clothes are a commonly taxed item, so we'd strongly recommend you check.
